General Questions
Box of Blessings is a subscription box service. We curate and deliver to your door boxes and gift packs filled with encouragement, hope, handmade treasures and scripture inspired gifts to help you grow closer to God and share your faith!
Each delivery is a thematic surprise! Boxes comprise 4 to 8 carefully selected items, including books, devotionals, journals, cards, handmade crafts, home décor, jewellery, wellness and self-care items. Our products are either made by us or are sourced from other artisans or Australian small businesses. Packs are smaller versions, comprising 2 to 4 of the items.
Absolutely! A Box of Blessings make a wonderful gift! You can bless someone with a subscription, a single box or an item from our store. All you’ll need to do is add your recipient’s information and shipping address at checkout in the Gift section. You can even leave a personal message or note. All notes will be handwritten by us in a lovely card! If you want your gift to be anonymous, please, let us know via email!
Account Questions
Your account will be created at the end of your first purchase.
If you need to update your address or any other detail, simply login to manage your account.
Make sure you update your address before the monthly cutting date (20th of each month) so that your box will be shipped to correct address, as we cannot take responsibility for boxes that are sent to incorrect addresses.
Subscription Questions
If you are a subscriber, your box will be shipped following this schedule:
AUTUMN BOX / PACK: 1st week of March.
WINTER BOX / PACK: 1st week of June.
SPRING BOX / PACK: 1st week of September.
SUMMER BOX / PACK: 1st week of December.
If you purchased a gift or one-off product, your order will be shipped 2 - 3 days after the payment is confirmed.
You will receive a notification email when your order is received, and a notification email when your order is shipped.
You will be charged for your first box the day you subscribe, and your recurring payment will be deducted from your account every 3 months in the Seasonal plan, and every year in the Annual plan, until you cancel your subscription. For single items or Past Boxes, the payment will be processed immediately.
Even though we will be sorry to see you go, you are free to cancel your subscription at anytime. There is no charge to end your subscription and you are not trapped into a contract. Simply login to your account before that month's cut off date (the 15th of any month) and select cancel. If you cancel after the cut off date you will receive one further box before your subscription ends.
You are welcome to pause or skip your subscription for up to 2 deliveries if needed. Simply log in to your account and you will be able to manage your details and deliveries at any time.

AUSTRALIA WIDE:
Subscription plans have FREE SHIPPING Australia.
One-off products have a flat rate of $12.50 Australia wide.
The maximum shipping cost is capped at $25.00
You get free shipping if your order is over $100.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We now offer shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kigdom and United States.
There is a flat rate of $25 for both one-off products or seasonal deliveries of Subscription plans.
The maximum shipping cost is capped at $120.00
You get free international shipping if your order is over $200.00
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
We offer shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kigdom and United States.
Any past box or single product bought in our shop will be shipped 2 - 3 business days after payment is processed.
If your box doesn’t arrive at all within 15 days of your shipment to Australia or 30 days for international shipping, contact us immediately and we will investigate with our carriers. Please note we do not take responsibility for shipments that have been sent to an incorrect address due to you not updating your address details.
We do not accept returns and therefore refunds cannot be issued. If a purchased subscription box or item arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us at info@boxofblessings.com.au. We will be happy to offer you a replacement.
